Thank you for shopping with us. Each item is made to order, carefully prepared, and shipped directly to you.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days before shipment.
During holidays, promotional periods, or periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after shipment are:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- Canada: 7–15 business days
- International orders: 7–21 business days
These delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of weather, carrier disruptions, customs inspections, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shopify distinguishes processing time from carrier transit time, so your total estimated delivery period should include both.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free shipping promotions, when available, apply only to qualifying orders and eligible shipping destinations.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after the shipping carrier receives the package.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We will try to update the address, but changes cannot be guaranteed once production or shipment has started.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.
If your tracking information shows no movement for several business days, please contact us so we can help investigate the shipment.
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please:
- Check around your property and mailbox.
- Ask household members or neighbors.
- Contact the shipping carrier.
- Contact us if you still need assistance.
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after the carrier marks them as delivered.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by the destination country.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
Shipping Delays
If we are unable to ship within the stated timeframe, we will contact you with an updated estimate and available options. Sellers serving U.S. customers should use shipping estimates they can reasonably meet and appropriately handle delays.
